New 2-story, 38500 SF steel and metal frame facility consisting of classrooms, labs, offices, and public space. Included new fire sprinkler, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems. Exterior consisted of air barrier, curtainwall, clear wall, storefront, plaster, insulated metal panel systems, and terra cotta shade structures. Interior finishes included sheet vinyl access flooring, ceramic tile, metal wall panels, custom graphic wall panels, and stainless-steel railings. Project also included a new traction elevator, rooftop paver system, and extensive site furnishing.
