West Valley College Campus Center Modernization, Saratoga

Alterations to West Valley College’s Campus Center as well as Building H, approximately 34,000 SF. Work included modernizations to the building exterior envelopes, doors, windows, walls roofs, and all new casework and finishes. Upgrades to MEP systems as well as new A/V, fire protection and security systems were also included. This project is in line to achieve a LEED Silver certification from the US Green Building Council.
