New construction of a 2-story wood-framed, stucco exterior fire station housing one engine and one paramedic unit as well as living quarters which include dormitory-style bedrooms, lockers, kitchen and day-room.
Work included demolition of the old station and extensive sitework removing native clay soil and bringing in compacted fill soil. All new mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems were installed.
