San Mateo Fire Station No. 23, San Mateo
New construction of a two-story, 9,800 square foot fire station for the City of San Mateo. The project included th ree apparatus bays, work spaces, conference area, lobby space and public restroom on the first level and living space on the second level. Work also included new perimeter site walls, landscaping and 14 parking spaces. This project received LEED Silver certification from the US Green Building Council.
