New 58,350 square foot community center and library with 216 car parking lot and basketball and tennis courts situated on a 12-acre lot for the City of San Jose. The community center houses a Town Center, administration and meeting rooms, a 9,000 SF gymnasium and a commercial kitchen and banquet room. Work includes demolition and hazmat abatement of existing community buildings and new construction comprised of steel and concrete tilt-up. This project is in line to achieve a LEED gold certification upon completion.
