Complete phased renovation of the existing 45,000 square foot city hall and council chambers including demolition, asbestos abatement, and complete seismic upgrade (essential services status) through the installation of structural steel brace frames in the existing concrete wall system, as well as new shotcrete shear walls and foundations. Work also included complete new interiors, HVAC, plumbing, elevator, electrical and data/communication systems.

Additionally, the project involved construction of a new 17,500 square foot police department and emergency dispatch facility with bullet-resistant wall assembly, top-of-the-line dispatch and communications equipment along with tower relocation, new holding facility, an exterior CMU sallyport and extensive site work.
