Pre-construction and general contracting for a multi-phased master renovation to the Sequoias San Francisco, a residential high-rise Life Care retirement community situated on Cathedral Hill.

The dining room renovation phase consisted of complete interior renovations to two resident dining rooms and a new commercial kitchen. Redevelopment to the exterior plazas, 65,000 square feet of outdoor terrace areas, community garden space and parking areas, was also completed. Plaza work consisted of hard demolition, concrete underlayment, epoxy injection, waterproofing and complete drainage systems.

Additionally, owner-added scope to completely renovate NCPHS headquarter offices also located in the building was rolled into the last phase of plaza work. This renovation included new lighting, HVAC, and finishes throughout, as well as the installation of a new Inergen "green" fire supression system.

And finally, complete design/build services for interior renovations to all corridors of the 26-floor high rise were also phased in which included new lighting, paint, wall & floor coverings, chair rails, and modifications to HVAC and fire protection.
