New structural steel performing arts center containing a 581-seat theater, orchestra pit, stage, dressing rooms, green room, a lobby, restrooms, concession area, control room, storage, office space, and new theater equipment including cat walks, stage rigging, box boom access, and follow spot areas. Total gross floor area of the building is more than 17,000 square feet.
