Complete pre-construction and GC services for phased, accessibility improvements to an existing Health Center/Skilled Nursing Facility on the Sequoias Portola Valley campus. Work includes demolition and new upgrades and finishes to 28 private patient rooms and bathrooms, building corridors, lobby and nurse's station. Falling under OSHPD jurisdiction, the renovation work was carefully phased with stringent infection controls in place since the facility remained occupied and fully operable while under construction.
