Sequoias Tamalpais, Common Area Renovation

The common area remodel of the Tamalpais project is a main level remodel for the facility including a new beauty salon, administration offices, reception area, marketing offices, renovated restrooms, new fitness area, and complete renovations of the common rooms including the library, lounge, and art areas as well as a new bistro café. Additionally, the Tampalpais entry vestibule was replaced with a new storefront system and concrete drive drop-off area as well as handicap ramps, access routes and improved interior and exterior lighting.
