Merrill College, UC Santa Cruz (Phase II and III)
A Phase II-Completion of the Plaza Building shell and interior constructed in Phase I, upgrades to existing Gatehouse Building mailroom, breezeway opening & washrooms, and lastly site work which included site retaining walls, walkways, entry bridges to the Dormitory buildings, landscaping and site improvements.
Phase III-Construction consisted of maintenance and sustainability upgrades to Dormitories C & D at Merrill College. Other construction consisted of an addition of hydraulic elevator at Dorm D, complete mechanical room renovation at C serving C & D dorms, full renovations of all bathrooms, bathroom and laundry room accessibility in both dorms.
