Complete construction of new state-of-the-art swimming pool (25 yard x 38 yard) including demolition of existing pool. Scope of work also included construction of new mechanical building, new restroom building, interior upgrades to existing mechanical/boiler room, movable bulkhead and new hydronic piping system for existing athletic facilities. In addition, extensive site work including all new utilities and entry plaza.
