Gonsalves & Stronck acted as the CM-at-risk for multiple modernization and new construction projects on a five-acre site at Jefferson High School in Daly City. Three projects ran concurrently over the summer months and included bridge repair with structural and seismic upgrades, renovation of a kitchen cafeteria, and relocation of portable classrooms which also encompassed complete redesign and expansion of two parking lots and new site utilities and infrastructure for future projects.
