Complete Pre-construction and GC services performed on the new 15,000 square foot two-story structural steel training center project for San Mateo County’s Electrical Union. The facility contains classrooms, computer labs, conference rooms, administration offices and warehouse space. The project also included demolition of the existing building including asbestos abatement and hydrocarbon removal as well as complete site development, new utilities, site lighting, parking lots and road improvements for the entire 56,000 square foot campus.
