Company Profile

Since 1993, Gonsalves & Stronck Construction has provided full-service, commercial construction management, design-build and general contracting for a diverse group of public and private sector clients in the Greater San Francisco Bay Area.

We excel in many complex construction environments, whether it's an occupied research laboratory, sensitive historic rehabilitation, or project requiring strict adherence to DSA review or the scrutiny of OSHPD. This success is partly due to our unique hands-on management style. Our clients benefit from the expertise of at least one of our principals on each of our projects. Additionally, throughout the project's duration we provide extensive value-engineering analysis and problem-solving measures to insure that as a project team we have explored the many different options and alternative methods and materials which could potentially reduce the project's overall cost, keep the project on schedule and procure quality results.

Whatever the project size or scope, Gonsalves & Stronck is dedicated to providing clients with the most efficient and innovative building techniques and comprehensive project management while ensuring the highest quality and greatest value for every dollar spent.
