Los Altos C.C New construction of a 24,500 square foot community center. Construction consisted of the demolition of the existing Hillview Center along with a new wood framed structure, wood siding, cement plaster and fiber cement rain screen panels. The community center was designed and constructed to achieve LEED gold equivalency, including photovoltaic (solar) panels.
