Demolition and abatement of the existing fine arts building and construction of a new, two-story metal framed building approximately 16,000 square feet housing new classrooms and labs for art and ceramics, video production and industrial technology. Additional work included interior modernization to the historic theater and stage with all new interior finishes, roof top mechanical systems, electrical, production and acoustic systems. Site work on the campus included site clearing, excavation, utilities demolition and new flatwork and landscape improvements.
