    New community center and branch library for the Seven Trees area of San Jose, California. Project includes approx. 58,000 SF of new building construction as well as new tennis and basketball courts situated on a 12-acre site.

  • Sequoias Portola Valley, Master Plan

    Negotiated, multi-phased master plan renovation to the Sequoias Portola Valley, a Life Care retirement community. Work includes complete utility improvements for the campus infrastructure as well renovations to 180 single-occupancy apartment residences.

  • Sequoias Tamalpais

    Common area and resident apartment tenant improvements are underway at the Sequoias Tamalpais in Greenbrae, CA.

  • Peninsula Tennis Club

    Modernizations are underway to the Peninsula Tennis Club on Chatham Road, Burlingame.
