Berkeley Public Library South Branch Improvement Project, Berkeley
Demolish existing 5,400 sq. ft. library building and construct a new 8,656 sq. ft. single-story wood-framed library with wood/metal/tile exterior. Mechanical systems include radiant floor heating and forced-air cooling. Electrical systems include design/build Photovoltaic system. Site work includes underground, site concrete and landscaping. This project received LEED Gold certification with the U.S. Green Building Council.
